Us
Era la prima volta che partecipavo ad un corso di cucina e ne sono rimasta veramente entusiasta! E’ stato interessante imparare a fare la pasta fresca, ma anche scoprire tante ricette nuove che ho riproposto a casa ai miei amici. Insomma ho vissuto un’esperienza indimenticabile! Lo chef ci ha spiegato le tecniche per preparare i vari piatti che poi abbiamo eseguito e mangiato con un buon bicchiere di vino. In conclusione ho imparato a cucinare divertendomi!
I participated in this cooking class while visiting Florence. It was one of the best things I did on my entire visit! The chef has a Michelin star but is completely "down to earth" and is a wonderful teacher. The class was entirely hands on and we learned to make some " real" Italian food! Last but not least was the amazing location... The kitchen was a dream and eating our meal on the terrace with an incredible view of Florence was an unforgettable experience!!

Our mission is to promote the knowledge of our territories and the food and wine excellences that distinguish Italy in the world: the creation of a dish is never improvised but the result of a careful process in which knowledge, experience, and craftsmanship are combined.
We also carry out projects that combine food and wine with other artistic forms (visual arts and music): food for us is not only a pleasure for the palate but also a 360° culture.
